ABOUT DIKSHANT YADAV

Dikshant Yadav is not someone who claims to have everything figured out and that’s exactly the point.
Like many people, he found himself in a place where he knew he was capable of more, yet struggled with consistency, discipline and direction. The gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it became his biggest challenge and ultimately, his greatest teacher.
Dikshant holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing. Alongside his academic journey, he has always been passionate about fitness and was once a Gold’s Gym certified trainer.
With over 16 years of experience in the corporate sector, he has worked as a Business & Operations Leader, managing P&L, leading large scale operations and handling client and stakeholder relationships. His expertise also extends to process excellence and organizational transformation.
Beyond the corporate world, Dikshant has explored creative pursuits as well. He has acted in television serials, short films on YouTube and an OTT series embracing storytelling in multiple forms.
